Niagara Video Corporation Acquires Niagara Streaming Media Assets
PLEASANTON, CA, JANUARY 11 2016

Lead by industry veteran Mike Galli and a group of investors, the newly formed Niagara Video Corporation announces the acquisition of Niagara Streaming Media from Valdor Fiberoptics.

“The Niagara brand and products have a strong presence in the market and are still entrusted by customers all over the world”, says CEO Mike Galli.

The plan is to continue on with the current product lines but also to introduce new products into Niagara.

It is that time of year again!  NAB will be here soon.  Once again Niagara Video will be participating in “the must-see” JB&A Technology Event.
